Computational modeling
In the early phases of designing Carbonline
Wheels implemented finite element modeling (FEA)
and full vehicle dynamic modeling, Carbonline
uses this technology specially to tailor

AMERICAN MUSCLE
In the early phases of designing Carbonline
Wheels, CLW bolted on some EPIC's for testing.
The Mustang made well over 600 hp at the rear wheels.
Not only did the mustang make more power but
the ride quality was improved also.

The founding fathers of Carbonline Wheels live and breathe composites, owning and operating two other composite companies. An advanced composite prototyping to manufacturing company that is over 15 years old now and has been very successful every growing year. Also a composite training school that has certified some of the most talented composite technicians in the world. CLW has a long history also in the aerospace industry from developing advanced prepreg systems to engineering hard coat tooling. CLW staff also has a long history in formulating toughened resin systems for the aerospace, military and motorsports industries. CLW also employs a number of experts in the textile weaving industries (carbon fiber, Kevlar, and fiber glass weaving) , which plays a significant role in the development of CLWs advanced composite wheels.
